Where Do We Ship To?
We currently shipping exclusively to the United States. We strive to ensure your package arrives safely, regardless of your location.
Please note the following specific zone adjustments:
· Standard Destinations: Flat-rate/free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous US states.
· Military & Remote Areas (APO/FPO/DPO, AK, HI & etc.): Delivery is fully available; however, an additional remote area surcharge may apply at checkout due to specialized carrier requirements.
· US Territories & Outlying Islands: We regret that shipping is currently unavailable to overseas territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa).
Is shipping free?
· Standard Shipping: 100% Free for most products on our site.
· Premium Upgrades: We also offer affordable shipping upgrades at checkout if you prefer a specific premium carrier with faster & more guaranteed delivery features.
When will my order be delivered?
Standard orders of successful payment will be processed and shipped within 48 hours in weekdays. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following 2 business days. Once your package is on its way, a tracking code will be automatically uploaded so you can follow its journey thereafter.

How do I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, a tracking code will be automatically uploaded to your account and emailed to you. You can click the link in the email or visit our website to track your package's real-time journey thereafter.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service immediately before the order is processed. Once your package is shipped and a tracking code is uploaded, we cannot change the address from our end. However, you may contact the shipping carriers directly to redirect your package yourself.
Will my multiple items be shipped together?
Usually, we will try our best to pack all your items into one package. However, if your order contains products from different warehouses or some items are temporarily out of stock, they may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking codes.
Do I need to sign for the delivery in person?
For Standard Shipping, couriers usually leave the package at your doorstep or mailbox if you are not home. But if you prefer a guaranteed hand-to-hand delivery with a mandatory signature to prevent theft, please choose premium delivery option or contact us right after placing your order.
