Warranty & Return Policy

Albatrossindustry.com offers a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging, encouraging customers to inspect products immediately upon receipt. If you have any dissatisfaction with the products you purchased, please follow the accordance of this return & refund policy.

I. Return and Replacement Rules

· For originally defective products or shipping damages: We provide free returns, full refunds, or product replacements. In these cases, Albatross Industry will cover all shipping costs and related expenses. To expedite the process, we highly recommend providing photos or an unboxing video of the defect.

· For non-defective products, as in the reason of personal preference: you may still return the item for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and any associated risks or losses during transit.

II. 12-Month Limited Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or functional issues encountered during normal use of the product for intended purposes in accordance with user manuals.

· Proof of Purchase: To claim the warranty, please ensure you retain your proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

· Missing Documentation: If no valid proof is provided, the 12-month warranty period will be calculated starting from 3 months after the product's manufacturing date.

· No Extension of Warranty: Any service or customer support provided by Albatross Industry under this limited warranty will not extend the original 12-month warranty duration.

III. Warranty Exclusions

Please note that the following circumstances are excluded from the warranty:

· Improper use or human-caused damage: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse (such as using incorrect voltage), neglect, or unauthorized modifications and repairs.

· Normal wear and tear: Gradual deterioration of the product or its parts (such as clogged filters, worn-out heating elements, or cosmetic finishes) due to regular daily use.

· Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters, fires, floods, or other external environmental factors.

· Ineligible Claims: Any product where the serial number or security label has been tampered with or removed, or where valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.

· Unauthorized Purchase & Counterfeits: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors, and any counterfeit items that are not genuine Albatross Industry products.

IV. Legal Limitations and Support

· Warranty Limitations: To the maximum extent permitted by law, any implied warranties relating to your product—including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are limited to the duration of this warranty. Albatross Industry shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or losses of any nature incurred in connection with your purchase.

· Sole Remedy: If your product fails due to an original defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Albatross Industry will (at its sole discretion) repair or replace the product. These are your sole and exclusive remedies.

V. Return and Refund Process

To ensure a smooth return and refund experience, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning any item, please contact our support team via email at e-com@albatrossindustry.com or through our CONTACT page. Provide your order details and the reason for the return. 

2. Receive Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with the detailed return address and further instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

3. Prepare the Package: Ensure that the product is complete, unused, and in its original packaging. For personal preference returns, items showing signs of use or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned goods, our technical team will inspect them to confirm their condition.

o Refund Processing: Once confirmed, your refund will be processed based on the actual situation (e.g., deducting shipping fees for non-defective returns).

o Refund Method: Credits will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of business days.
